Accessory Dwelling Units

Creating an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that can take various forms, including an addition, garage conversion, interior space conversion, or a new build. It involves a structured process with distinct steps. Upon entering into a contract, we initiate by measuring the existing conditions. Subsequently, we draft floor plans based on our initial conversation. We then conduct online meetings to discuss and refine design ideas and reasoning collaboratively. If the proposed work aligns with your vision, we proceed to finalize the structural and architectural drawings required for permits. Following this, the plans are submitted to local governing agencies for approval. In case corrections are needed, we promptly address them to facilitate the final approval process. Once all approvals are obtained, construction can commence, bringing your ADU project to fruition. more info
